Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Custom or low‑stock parts may take a little longer. If anything stalls, we’ll reach out.

We keep it simple and honest. Rates come straight from the carrier or from our own flat‑rate structure.

Shipping options appear at checkout based on your order total and location.

We ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx—whichever gets your parts to you reliably. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our bench.

We Do Not Ship Internationally

If your package shows up damaged, document it and contact us immediately. If a shipment goes missing, we’ll help track it down with the carrier.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once corrected. Additional shipping charges may apply.
